Endeavor faced the monumental task of turning Imperva’s unprofitable paid media operation plagued with hurdles, inefficiencies and underhanded management, into a plentiful pipeline machine.
To do this, we performed a deep-dive audit that shed light on all of Imperva’s pain points and low performance. From there, we implemented standardized workflows, brand new methods of tracking and reporting, and then got to work building new and improved strategies and campaigns.
