His leadership style focuses on a ground-up approach that begins with selecting the finest proven talent the market has to offer and focusing on innovation and cohesive collaboration to produce the most optimized results for internal and external stakeholders alike. Throughout the duration of his career, Stephen has delighted clients with exceptional growth results by focusing on the details and always staying one step ahead of the competition.

Recreationally, Stephen enjoys pickleball, skiing, college football (Fight On Trojans!), the outdoors and traveling.

Johan brings over 30 years of experience in business marketing growth and technical development. As Senior Vice President of Organic Media, he leverages his proven marketing leadership to drive division-wide growth, profitability, innovation, and team collaboration. His expertise spans Endeavor’s entire Organic Media department, including SEO, email marketing, digital experience optimization, content development, social media, and more.

Johan’s talent for enhancing organic engagement and conversion rates, while building brand trust, has empowered him and his team to deliver sustainable, profitable growth for numerous companies.

In his personal time, Johan  enjoys numerous hobbies but his two favorite are skiing and hiking. 

Nick Johansson

SVP | Paid Media

Nick possesses over 20 years of expertise in business growth and paid marketing. As Senior Vice President of Paid Media, he leads his team in delivering exceptional demand generation results, consistently achieving unprecedented return on ad spend (ROAS). He meticulously oversees the paid search, paid social, programmatic, and native advertising departments at Endeavor.

With an omnichannel strategic mindset, Nick helps companies outpace their competition across multiple platforms, minimizing wasted ad spend while driving higher profitability and improved paid media conversion performance.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys skiing, mountain biking and hiking. 

Francis Kanda

Senior Director | IT​

Francis is a seasoned IT engineer with over 10 years of experience in software and marketing. Known for simplifying complex technologies, Francis and his team at Endeavor deliver highly innovative and accessible technical solutions both internally and externally. He is adept at managing stakeholder expectations, providing valuable technical insights, and fostering transparent communication, making him a vital asset in any technical initiative.

As an analytics and automation expert, Francis has extensive experience with Google Analytics and a wide variety of other CRM and marketing products. His favorite project to date involved building an automated query tester that helped clients reduce website compliance and marketing analytics quality review times by 27%, while also enhancing custom troubleshooting tools that cut client development time by 50%.

Outside of building novel solutions, Francis enjoys snowboarding, traveling, camping, online gaming, and time at the beach.

Hunter Hunt

Attorney Advisor

A dedicated attorney, Hunter brings his seven years of experience in strategic operational and legal strategies to safeguard long-term growth, profitability, and viability. With deep expertise in corporate governance, antitrust and consumer protection, technology law (including SaaS, privacy, sales, marketing, and blockchain), and labor and employment, Hunter skillfully structures deals, drafts and executes contracts, and translates complex legal analysis into actionable steps to address emerging challenges.

As a straightforward negotiator, Hunter leverages extensive legal, business, and sales experience to gain critical insights and understand diverse perspectives. Hunter has a proven track record as an in-house counsel, in addition to litigating cases in U.S. Federal and state courts, and in arbitration.

A decisive leader, Hunter collaborates with outside counsel and advises internal managers and executives at Endeavor on various topics, including HR matters, contracts, property exchanges, and other disputes, ensuring effective resolution and strategic guidance.

Outside the office, Hunter enjoys the ocean, culinary adventures and exploring foreign languages and ancient cultures.  

Jordan Linford

Senior Director | ABM Services​

Jordan brings over 15 years of expertise in demand generation and account based marketing (ABM) strategy.  With a proven track record of scaling enterprise demand gen ABM programs, Jordan is known for developing strategies that generate high-quality leads while optimizing cost per acquisition (CPA) .

Jordan oversees the ABM team at Endeavor and leverages advanced analytics and cutting-edge tools to deliver impactful results. With a strategic approach to omnichannel marketing, Jordan excels at aligning sales and marketing teams to target high-value accounts, driving stronger pipeline performance and maximizing ROI.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys playing music and sports of all kinds.
